Please read this Agreement carefully before registering or using any part of the panako platform. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
panako is strictly for Filipino residents aged 21 and above. Identity verification is required at registration and before the first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to minors are permanently closed.
panako operates under PAGCOR oversight. All games are certified, player funds are held in segregated accounts, and regulatory reporting is conducted in full compliance with Philippine gaming law.
Deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are credited instantly. Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya process within minutes subject to verification requirements set out in Section 8.
Each individual may hold only one active panako account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balances pending investigation under the Anti-Money Laundering provisions of these Terms.
Every RNG game on panako is independently audited. RTP figures are published in-game. panako does not alter payout rates based on individual player history, deposit size, or account standing.
Deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion are available to all panako players at no cost. These tools cannot be reversed during their active period. See Section 13 for full details.

By creating a panako Account, logging in to the Service, or using any part of the panako platform — including browsing the game lobby without wagering — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

To register and maintain an active panako Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions on a continuous basis:
panako reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts that cannot be verified as meeting the 21+ age requirement will be suspended without notice and all associated funds will be returned to the verified deposit method.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active panako Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a valid government-issued identification number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of these details change.
panako conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and the AMLA. You may be required to submit copies of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, UMID, driver's license, or voter's ID) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed.
panako reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason for the refusal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your panako login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to:
panako will never ask for your password, full card number, or OTP via SMS, email, or chat. Any communication claiming to be from panako and requesting these details should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
panako is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
You agree that you will not use the panako Service for any of the following purposes:
Violation of any prohibited use provision may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet balance, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement agencies.
panako accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC). Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change with notice.
Deposits are credited to your panako Wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation, which is displayed before you confirm the transaction.
panako does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on the deposit method must match the name on your verified panako Account. Deposits from unverified or mismatched sources may be returned and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
panako does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider (e.g., GCash) may apply their own transaction fees. panako has no control over third-party provider fees.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your panako Account dashboard. The following conditions apply:
panako reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if fraud, money laundering, or policy violations are suspected. No withdrawal will be processed to a third-party account under any circumstances.
panako may from time to time offer bonuses, free plays, cashback, or other promotional credits to eligible players. All promotions are governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms:
Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or using betting patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
All games available on the panako platform are governed by the game rules displayed within each title. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and an in-game rule, the in-game rule applies to the specific game outcome, and these Terms govern the account and financial relationship.
All RNG-based games on panako are certified by an independent testing laboratory. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published within each game's information panel. Live casino outcomes are determined by real-world physical processes (cards, wheels, dice) conducted by professionally trained dealers under closed-circuit monitoring.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects an outcome, panako will investigate and, where appropriate, void the affected round and return all wagers. Incomplete rounds due to player-side connectivity failures are handled in accordance with the game's individual disconnection policy, which is displayed within the game.
All content, software, design, graphics, data, and functionality comprising the panako Service — including but not limited to the panako brand name, logo, game interfaces, and marketing materials — are the exclusive property of panako or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the panako Service without the Company's prior written consent.
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data in connection with your use of the panako Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at panako.club/privacy-policy.
By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, AMLA compliance reporting, and responsible gaming purposes.
panako is committed to providing a safe gaming environment in compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost:
panako will not send marketing communications to any player who has activated a cooling-off period or self-exclusion. If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, please use these tools and seek independent support.
Age restriction: panako strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. Any individual who is found to have registered while under the age of 21 will have their Account permanently closed and all funds returned to the source method of payment.
panako reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is suspended or closed for reasons other than breach or illegal conduct, any Wallet balance will be returned to the verified deposit method after the completion of standard verification and any applicable withdrawal hold periods.
Where an Account is suspended or closed due to breach of these Terms or suspected illegal conduct, panako may withhold the Wallet balance pending investigation and PAGCOR reporting. Forfeited funds will be dealt with in accordance with PAGCOR and AMLA requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, panako's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the Service — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Section limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by panako's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the panako Service shall first be submitted to panako's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. panako will respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.
If a dispute is not resolved through the internal process within 30 calendar days of submission, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for resolution, or to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
panako reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via their registered mobile number or through a prominent notice on the panako platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request Account closure by contacting panako support.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date the most recent version of these Terms came into effect.
